　　崗 位 職 責Primary Duties and Responsibilities

　　1.完成新產品過程開發工作，確保開發過程符合APQP和PLP要求和項目進度。

　　Be responsible for process design of new project, insure meet the requirement of APQP and project timing.

　　2.根據工藝流程，會同項目組相關人員策劃生產設備和工裝，確定過程參數，參與生產設備安裝調試。

　　According to process flow, plan production equipment and tooling with team member. Setting process parameter, participate equipment install and trial run.

　　3.完成新產品報價，滿足報價要求。

　　Finish the quotation of the new product.

　　4.保持與行業最新技術和方法的同進，能夠在新產品的過程開發中消化并運用這些技術。

　　Synchronize with the advanced techniques in the global, digest and use these techniques during new product launching.

　　5.產品批產后，負責產品的現場工藝和工程更改，對產品工藝持續改進。

　　Be responsible for process on site and engineering change after SOP. Conduct continuously improvement on process.

　　6.參與客戶質量問題的分析和解決。

　　Participate in customer issue analyze and solving.

　　7.分析過程缺陷，協助橫向工程師解決相關問題。

　　Analyze defects in process; assist other engineer to solve issues.

　　8.完成工廠新產品報價。

　　Finish PIFF of manufacturing department.
