　　Generate concept and calculation to support the development

　　Demonstrate design with MASC (modeling/analysis/simulation/calculation)

　　Document engineering works according to Otis product development process (e.g.: requirement, drawings, test reports, basic data etc.)

　　Verify/qualify the design

　　Coordinate with other function to ensure program success

　　Perform other duties as assigned and requested

　　Correct and efficient performance of the tasks with sense of ownership

　　Complete the job on target with respect to quality, cost and delivery

　　Support others to achieve team objectives
