　　職位描述：

　　1.Schedule, assign, and direct craftspeople in performance of tasks for maintenance of equipment and/or facilities.

　　2.Monitor progress and evaluate completed assignments to confirm use of correct procedures and to evaluate quality of work.

　　3.Provide technical direction to craftspeople and assist in diagnosing equipment problems as required to expedite work of unit.

　　4.Participate with superior and others in the selection of new employees for ongoing development of the unit.

　　5.Train craftspeople in job requirements and basic technical skills, and recommend training programs as needed to develop and maintain capabilities of work force.
